Working on policy and program development at AGL, Lauren leads AGL’s Affordability Initiative – a program dedicated to improving services, products and policies which impact vulnerable customers and those experiencing financial difficulties. Lauren engages and collaborates with policymakers, community sector leaders and partners, also managing AGL’s Customer Council.
Lauren is a regular research contributor to AGL’s Sustainability Blog and is interested in technology shifts – the opportunities, challenges and social implications. She also takes an active interest in the people side of markets, undertaking further study in behavioural economics and psychology. Experienced working across the private, non-government and government sectors, cross-sectoral collaboration is a focus of her work.
Lauren is also a Non-Executive Director of the Energy Efficiency Council.
